Basics of the WordPress developer with a design eye position:

+ You’d be working with pre-made WordPress themes (most of which we’ve coded) to help build websites for small businesses that are getting started.

+ You’d be communicating with the team regularly. There are occasionally some video chats we’ll need to do.

+ You can work from Bhopal, Rajkot or Remotely from your place. If you’re happy where you are, stay there. If you’re unhappy, move somewhere in our office location (Bhopal or Rajkot). This job will go with you.

+ You should have a good understanding of WordPress, CSS, PHP and Javascript. Ideally, you’ve worked with Woocommerce and know how to use Advanced Custom Fields.

+ Our ideal candidate is a developer who has a strong aesthetic eye and the ability to make the backend of a site intuitive so the non-savvy user feels comfortable, confident, and well taken care of.

+ This position is great for someone who is looking for experience to learn more and become a better developer, as well as be part of a team that will support and encourage you. You may have a background in graphic design (not required), but you most certainly have a good eye for design.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year work experience
Strong knowledge in WordPress CMS (Core features).
Good Knowledge of WordPress Theme Integration & PSD to WordPress.
Good understanding of accessibility considerations and web standard.
Knowledge about Servers, API Integration and CDN is a plus point
An excellent thinker who can imagine, create & dream up.
Contribute to all phases of the Development Lifecycle.
Object-Oriented Design (OOD) to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Analysis of systems, considering reliability, systems risks and code.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Write Clean & Well-Designed Codes
Working on full projects of WordPress Website Development from scratch to end.
Delivering 100% Responsive & Perfect cross-browser compatibility on projects.
Theme Development & Customization
Plugin Development & Customization
Need to train juniors as well.
Knowledge about Ajax & jQuery
Communicating with the client for changes in website, layout bugs.
WooCommerce & E-commerce Knowledge
